44% Distilled Water
10.5% Polysorbate 80
40% Alcohol 91%
5% Fragrance
.5% preservative
Do not forget your 4oz bottles of choice to put your finished product in!

Thank you for sharing your recipe. I tried it for the first time today and I was really worried about the alcohol smell. After pouring it in my spray bottles, I was SO surprised!! They turned out wonderful!! Thank you so much!!

I usually use 90 everclear vegetable glycerin and whatever fragrance I use the same preservative when I do hair gels cuz then I use water..people always ask me to make them perfume but thats alot of work... its interesting to see how others make theirs 👋👍

A great thing to use for perfume is perfume base. Perfume base is what all the big companies use. U just put ur essential oil’s or fragrance oil in the perfume base and it combines instantly w no clouding. U can get the base in bulk. I luv Drakkar it’s all I buy or make for my husband n my son’s. The way u do it looks great as well. I wanna do both and compare them to each other.

Thanks for the video, in your written recipe you had .5% preservative but when you made your scent you said .1 preservative was that .1 oz. ? Or was it 1 oz

Perfumers alcohol is great for this project, just a bit more expensive. 1liter is about $18

yes you cant ddrink alcohol for body spray, it would be poisonous

What about fragrances that have a higher usage rate, how would adjust the recipe to increase the fragrance percentage?

You wouldn't increase the fragrance usage. The amount used in this recipe is plenty no matter the usage rate.

create a simple excel or google sheet spreadsheet and use the %'s given and formulate it to grams. I did mine in less than 5 minutes. I swear it's super easy.
