😊Mr.Rajaram, you explained fulka making process excellently…it came out so good.❤ pizza cutter also can be used to cut the uneven edges of roti. Making bulk rotis and freezing is good tip..You can make complete roti.. as you make stack over each other..after you make 5 .. move to another plate and cover with dome lid..once they cool down..pack in cling wrap and keep in freezer zip lock bag. When you need just heat in microwave for few seconds.Roti will stay soft.😊
Liked yr tip of freezing chapattis. Wld want to know if I dont want to make the phulka directly on the gas flame will I b able to make the ohulka on the tawa. Will it fluff..
