Its not curry ...its called spinich chicken. Sorry but everything indian doesnt equal curry ... much like everything italian isnt pasta or japanese sushi. Get the drift !!
Its not healthy, too much oil and fatty chicken. Rice is again not healthy lol. But I get where you are coming from- that it is very tasty and not as unhealthy. But it’s not healthy is what I’m saying 😅😅

@@TASTYRECIPEHUT Hi, Only for the first few minutes we have to cook the chicken in high flame and after adding the masalas it should be cooked in low flame. Please let me know if I understand right. I am planning to make it on New Year for my brother. The day is extra special for him. And I don't want to mess it up.
I was just thinking the same thing since I have one piece left of the 4 chickwheats I made 3 days ago. The only problem I have is Where in hell I can find Mustard Oil?
@@marhherz you can try it in butter or any other oil you have.. mustard oil is something that we north Indians use a lot.. but you can make it using any other oil also..
@@kiaraloves6166 Hi Kiara, It is spicy , if you adjust the chilies , specially if you don't add the chili powder then it will be fine, you will still get the great taste without the heat of the chili powder. The green chilis add flavor , so may be you can take it out from the dish when you serve it to your children:).
You should check from the Google for the ingredients and you will find it..Like tumeric powder..Red chilli powder..Cumin powder..Chicken masala powder..Garam masala powder..Check from the Google.
I just made this and it was beautiful. The only thing I did different which I personally prefer, i added the garlic and ginger paste to the browned onions and cooked it off. Also, I didn’t use a fresh tomato as I don’t like the bits of skin it leaves behind, i crushed two plum tomatoes instead from a tin.
@@jdm6613 No you can’t get mustard oil in the U.K. due to EU regulations it’s banned as a food product I believe. I used Olive oil & added a knob of butter instead it really helps brown the onions well and gives a nice flavour.
