My homemade chocolate recipe: msshiandmrhe.com/how-to-make-chocolate/ Part 1 video: ru-vid.com7oyNlTjL7es?feature=share Homemade chocolate tastes very rich with a strong chocolate aroma and flavor. However, the texture wasn’t as smooth as factory made chocolate. Factories use professional chocolate melanger to continuously grind the beans for 48 hours. I only ground my cacao beans for less than half hour. But I feel that my homemade chocolate has a stronger and richer aftertaste 😋 Does the taste of the chocolate worth the time and money? No, I’d definitely go to a store to buy chocolate in the future 😂 But the experience of turning fresh cacao fruits into real chocolate and sharing it with my loved ones was amazing and totally worth it!❤
You are one of the most sweetest and amazing people on the internet. It was so fun to watch because I’ve never watched a full chocolate making process like this!! ❤❤❤
How I make it 1: separate the cacao seeds from the pod 2: drown (submerge) the seeds in water for 2-3 days (oh and the white jelly like substance around the seed is very sweet and tasty you can lick it just like a rambootan ) 3: take out the seeds and leave it in a sheet in the sun for a day Until dark brown (the colour she got after baking) 4:scrape the peel off until it is purple-black colour (don't eat it, its very very bitter, yes.been there done that) 5: now blend the seeds in a mixer until fine powder 6: now add it to boiling water with a lot of powdered sugar (it actually depends on the quantity) 7: add condensed milk and syrup (optional) 8: once it reaches a creamy state let it cool down And freeze it (in the necessary molds) and there you have it.chocolate. Now you can add gelatin to make jelly of chocolate. milk to add taste. Vary the need for sugar. Add dry fruits and nuts if you prefer that (I personally do) And That's it. (sorry for the bad grammar) have a nice day. now I am craving to make some chocolate but it's not the season yet. I will go buy some Edit: i actually did it in the long and time consuming way which takes 3-4 days (but it gives you the traditional tasty chocolate so. Worth it for me 😊) She did it in the short and easy way Now I am gonna try that thx
