Kohlrabi puff pastry recipe
Ingredients:
1 kohlrabi / German turnip/ turnip cabbage with the leaves
puff pastry
1 egg
Salt
Pepper
Chilli powder
Garlic powder
Olive oil
Dried parsley
200g/ 7 oz cream cheese
Peel and grate the kohlrabi, chop the leaves
bake at 220°C/420°F for 15-20 minutes
