1 cup rice
½ cup urad dhal
½ cup cooked rice
¼ tsp fenugreek seeds
½ tsp salt

1 tsp roasted chana dhal or chana dhal
1 tbsp oil
¼ cup water
1 medium onion (65g), sliced
3 garlic (12g) or 1 tbsp, minced
Ginger (10g) or 1 tbsp, minced
1 green chilli, chopped
3 medium potatoes (275g), boiled
½ tsp turmeric powder
½ tsp cumin powder
8-10 nos curry leaves
1 tsp salt
½ tsp sugar

Coriander leaves
