½ cup urad dhal
½ cup cooked rice
¼ tsp fenugreek seeds
½ tsp salt

1 green chilli, chopped
3 medium potatoes (275g), boiled
½ tsp turmeric powder
½ tsp cumin powder
8-10 nos curry leaves
1 tsp salt
½ tsp sugar
