Happy birthday Troy. The older we get sometimes we need reminding of that special day of the year. No matter how low key you are you can't escape the fact you've had a very busy year. You and little Mirool have travelled 940million kilometres since your last birthday at a little over 100,000 kph around our sun. That's not quite right though because our solar system has been travelling around our galaxy at about 200 k's per second or 720,000 kph and our galaxy has been travelling around the universe at a bit over 2 million kph. Yep you've had a big year. Can't even see where the flies have been. Dang it, I forgot to factor in boat speed.

I have got to try pickled fish and smoked fish. I wonder what fresh water species are usable, as I live about 1000 miles from the nearest saltwater. And I love Pascale's gold play suit. When she smiles and giggles she looks about 14 years old.

Happy b'day Troy.....all business in the morning, sort of missed Pasky's infectous fishing laugh, Dampier is a weird and wonderfull place, I remember diving round there years ago, in the lee of one of the many islands, where pro scallopers must have been processing their catch 'cause the underwater landscape was completely covered with the discarded half shells and dispersed through this barren graveyard were massive monkey fish burrows (~4" wide).....made us swim a little higher off the bottom, felt like some wierd lunar landscape, matching thatt other worldly red hazy look you sometimes get round Port Dampier on sunset.

In the eastern pacific your mackerel is pretty much our wahoo, our mackerel we use for bait and is very bloody. Love your channel!!
