Thank you for this wonderful video. I am currently making my first FOL bracelet. I have a disproportionally large hand compared to my wrist size and a bangle was going to be really large for my wrist. The clasp version will be perfect! Jill you are a master teacher!

First of all, I love this hairdo, you look stunning, Jill 💖 Second, I like the claps version better, because the bangle is just too big for my taste. It rolls up and down my arm aaaaall day, and the wiggling makes me go crazy 😅 The clasp bracelet fits more snugly to my wrist, so no all day long wiggling 😁 And third, I hope with the lots of commotion you had in the past few weeks coming to an end, you'll be back with more videos... I miss you, your beading wisdom, and the "sticky outies" 😘

Please consider making a video for your FoL as a wrap bracelet. I have a small wrist and making your FoL as a wrap would be a huge help. Thanks for all of your videos, they have been a major help for all of us in the beading world.

Surpose you have a customer whose wrist is much bigger? but they only buy size 7 1/2 inches wide and when you make them and how can you adjust them to fit them? Do you make the bracelets all 8 inches round? a bit bigger? thanks, I just love the way you show it up so close the bracelets. Thanks Jill for teaching me something that I can finally do.

Thanks so much, newbie here! I made the bangle and even though I could get it over my hand, by the time I finished with my top layer sewing in it no longer fit. Will definitely be making this version cause I feel like it will be a little more forgiving.

Jill which brand of 11/0 and 15/0 seed beads did you use or recommend please.

Thank you for the video but I already made 3 festival of lights with clasps. I don’t use wire guards, I just 15/o seed beads to make loops to attach my clasp.

Will this also work with the Bollywood Bangle?

I haven't tried it but I assume the same clasp method could be applied to the Bollywood Bangle. You would just attach the wire guard from a Tile bead vs. a Superduo bead.

Can I change the colors in making this?

so when you start the Festival of Lights with a clasp do you still start in the middle of the thread with the balance wrapped around a bobbin. I'm confused

I don't know what I'm doing wrong with those button clasps, like the one Jill is wearing on her bracelet. I bought a whole bunch of them, but can't seem to get them open, and when I finally do get one open, then I can't seem to close them. It must be me--they can't all be defective. Anyone else have problems with these clasps?
