My Scan Cut DX is two months old my husband gave it to me for my Birthdays and it no longer works, don't recognize the Mats. I bought some new mats and it still doesn't work. I don't know what to do.

When I try to click on Solutions using my IPad (Safari) to just take a quick look at it the site has no links; it won't let me access that page. I'll try again using my Windows software on my laptop.

Can we use the app online to do projects or not on scan and cut 2?

Didn't know about this page, so I had to try it out. But it always directs me to eu site. And it doesn't look like the one you are showing. I can only download the pdf as a picture, and nothing else :/ Can yo please help? :)
