Never buy Yogurt again!! It is one of the easiest hands off recipe you can make with only 4L of whole milk you can have an entire crock pot full of yogurt!
The steps are simple:
- Add milk to the crock pot and turn on low for a few hours to scald the milk to 180F.
- Unplug it and let the temp come down SLOWLY to 115-120F.
- Whisk in 1 cup of full fat plain yogurt (the kind with only a few ingredients in it).
- Cover with towels (to keep the heat in ) and leave it overnight or for around 12 hours. Then its yogurt!!

- We use this for all our yogurt, greek yogurt, dips and spreads, and sour cream!
