Yes direct the agent to warm leads after sending out emails and real time demonstrating to the lead all the features of outband caller is a very cool thing for sales. The leads are jaw-dropping. It needs to be tested!

you speak excellent english; just a note about VARiable, and VARy - the accent is on the first syllable, not the second. And the "i", in both cases, is short, as in "instant", :) Also, how's this for an idea to deal with customer perception of latency: have the AI voice introduce itself as AI and mentioning there will be a slight latency, (maybe with a bad taste joke about the the upside, being Terminator type efficiency lol only kidding
