make my trip booked a wrong hotel in Bali. with no one in there in the middle of nowhere 

MakeMyTrip booked a wrong hotel in the middle of nowhere with no-one in there in Bali. it was in forest in middle of nowhere. I waited at this place for 30 min along with my wife.
we expect safety when we book from reputable places. moreover i had to to book my own place and makemytrip is refusing to refund.
