Make Noise QPAS vs Steady State Fate Stereo DiPole - Part 2 - Resonance 

I think your problem with distortion on the resonance of the QPAS is because you have the radiate controls turned full left. I could be wrong but I believe that this is causing all four resonant peaks to stack. I wonder if you patch a dummy cable into the right output if the behavior will be more in line with the Dipole. That said I believe you might also have some gain staging issues leading into your monitoring and recording setup since I can also hear some distortion in the low-end resonance of the Dipole. radiate controls means control the distance of Freq between 2 pole , so 2 radiate controls means 4 pole ,it make 4 pole moving inside the sound , thats the whole point of QPAS I think, to make a creative sound we never have before. and you keep radiate controls in a weird value ,comparing the filter only!? you seems make a mistake that treat "radiate controls" like a stereo spread,and pan it to left and right, this is so wrong SSF Stereo DiPole sounds very bored to me , you can achieve that sound with any 2 filter QPAS is another story , remeber the key is radiate controls

strange krackling on the qpas in mono ... but in stereo i couldn't hear this. Seems to be something with the fully open vca (on qpas) and your end vca. I tested my qpas with the same presets of your video and I hadn't any issues with crackling. There is a very deep button around 11 - 01 but no crackling. It crackles only if my end vca is to high pitched so the signal drives. But anyway ... thank you for this video. Both filters are ver nice.

the QPAS is definitely more aggressive & bold sounding, while the Dipole is more precise & clean. I see why one would want both, different character & patching scenarios to explore.. thanks for the demos, Im enjoying them
