I’ve just watched two of your recipes in the last thirty minutes and I really like something you said in both of them, you gave options to use if you don’t have a specific ingredient (sour cream or yogurt or buttermilk) and another you said if you don’t have this ingredient (lemon extract) you can leave it out. This is so very helpful for those who don’t have a stocked pantry or that never buy certain things. Thank you and love your channel.

Thank you for this - I made two rolls out of this - one each for me and hubby. Instead of 3 strips I just rolled it up and cut in two. I also added toasted nuts sprinkled over the filling before rolling. Delicious.
Last Friday I made the rolls and tonight I made the cinnamon rolls. Of course, I read the comments and tweaked both recipes. I am so excited to have found a channel that actually breaks down regular recipes for those of us that only need a very small amount as not to waste food, especially in the times we are living in. Ok- so I was craving a cinnamon roll and was going to the market to buy the usual- then I remembered this recipe. I make one roll and it was really, really good! Much better than store bought! Soft and really delicious!

The search is over! I’ve been looking for a recipe like this for a while now, since I’m the sweet eater in the house and having too many treats around is dangerous. I made the recipe as written, only adding a dollop of cream cheese to the icing due to personal preference. The way I rolled out the dough it was a bit too tall and thin, so I cut it in half, put each piece in a mini 3x5 loaf pan, let it rise overnight in the fridge and a bit on the counter this morning. It baked up beautifully and I was blessed with 2 soft, pillowy rolls that were the perfect addition to my Sunday morning trash reality TV ritual. Love your channel so much!
Hi Leigh I just made this cinnamon roll recipe it came out delicious 😋 I just had one problem all the butter came out from the bottom do you think you could help me figure out why this happened? To anyone reading this please give it a try I think the problem I had was a personal problem
Instead of cinnamon ,can I put cheese & herbs for cheese roll as my hubby does not enjoy cinnamon roll. So same measurement,i can have one cinnamon roll & one cheese roll ?
