Today I am making a simple sourdough sandwich bread that tastes so much better than store-bought bread! Enjoy it for sandwiches of all kinds, French toast, or even bread crumbs!

The Recipe:
8 Cups of All Purpose Flour
1/4 Cup of Honey
1 Stick of Butter Melted
1-2 TBSP Salt
2- 2.5 Cups Of Water
1 Cup of Active Sourdough Starter
Mix together well in a bowl. Knead for at least 3 minutes.
Let ferment and rise for 8-12 hours
Punch dough down and place dough in loaf pans
Rise again for 2 hours
Bake or put in fridge overnight to bake in morning
350 for 25 minutes
