Make the Fish bite on the Ohio river (Try this method for tough conditions) 

I found the worst place to fish on the Ohio river is in my back yard and have failed to produce any good quality catfish or numbers of catfish but i finally managed to land some fish in this section of the river suspend drifting baits off a main channel ledge for an early October bite. Make the fish bite by going to them instead of anchoring your boat and waiting on them.
