Can i use this with an Inkbird "plug and play temperature controller" (if you wanna get exact ITC-306T) Im setting up my first encloser and the heat bulb is the last step i need and these seem very appealing, main thing is i dont know if the Inkbird is going to hard cut the power if things get to hot, and if it will can this bulb take that? (My lamp is 5'5 Fluker dimmable) Apologies for the inconvenience, my heads just going in circles looking for the right bulbs!

yes you can use our lamps with thermostats but PLEASE ensure that they are dimming and not on/off or pulse. This is better for the animal by far and will prolong lamp life

yes, heat is linked to power used. If you draw 75w of power you have 75w if energy being converted into light and heat. If you use 35w, you have 35w of light and heat which is a lower value or having a reduced ability to share that energy over greater spaces.

@@ArcadiaReptile I actually need a cooler lamp, my chameleon doesn’t need that much heat because it’s already hot where I live but I still want him to get plenty of uva, do you recommend this bulb?

@@Caleb-fv5fp yes unless it has access to unfiltered sunlight, ambient warmth is only delivering IR-C which is not bioavailable. So using a lamp will expose it to IR-A which is highly bioavailable.
