Easily Could have charged 4500$-6000$ This business is an artwork. The people asking for something like this wouldn't be able to do it..its a canvas artwork..a painting in 5D I can see this prices exceeding 5000$ easily for this set up. Just Because its easy to you doesn't make it inexpensive. Value your gift. Stop settling for the sake of others feelings..unless your just being nice.. But serious business for 1700$ they would have recieved a quarter of that...you are the artist your canvas your time, so many in this business undervalue themselves because most of them are not business minded, but rather trying to make ends meet.. in this case I say practice with less Balloons with the same idea. At the end your either worth it or not to the client. The clients know what its worth and this my friend was easily over a 5000$ setup Period SUPERB JOB BTW🤗

I am so very happy that I stumbled upon your videos!! This video was incredible! I applaud you for your patience with this client. I’m still learning how to deal with last minute changes. The final look was amazing!! Did you charge the client anything more for all the changes or do you typically throw those in? I’m only a year into my ballooning journey

I charge extra on the spot as we add colours or accents now, but truly it is up to your judgement! In this case no "extra" needed to be bought, if anything I was saving the white balloons from unstuffing. To he honest 10 years ago we were charging $300 for an arch, 10 centerpieces and 2 columns so coming this far and seeing as the industry evolves I find everyone finds a price range they feel comfortable charging, until you get tired of charging so little 😅. I just say be proud of the work you do. It's your name in the industry. If an order seems small budget and it takes an extra $30 or $50 out of your profit to really MAKE IT then I always say do it. Because no one else does.. so if you do, you WILL get noticed :) cheers

I’m only 2 months into my journey and already I’m in love 🥰 I absolutely love what I do but when it comes to pricing that’s where the difficulty comes in and I’m only doing indoors for now until winter passes since it’s only 16 degrees here in NY currently!! That question was brilliant

I thought I was making everything wrong until you explained that balloons are going to pop in the first 5-19 minutes. Mu daughter in law and I were feeling awful. Does double stuffing make the balloons stay inflated ? What a beautiful professional garland. Thank You so much

Hi Jules not sure where you live but we use mattress bags as balloons bags. You can get them at Home Depot or if you have a Uhaul shop close by, they tend to be cheaper there.

Your tutorials are fabulous! Thanks so much for sharing your technique using balloon clusters. It’s so much easier and tighter than using fishing line. It also eliminates a lot of holes making the garland easier to manipulate and arrange. Do you always double stuff your balloons? If so can you tell me why? Is it for color or does it help in keeping the balloons from popping? Thanks so much for sharing❣️

Are you tying the balloons together for your clusters? Or just twisting them around each other? So your group of eight are you tying or twisting them together

I tie them into duplets (of 2 balloons) and then twist them into clusters of 8 balloons total, then the clusters I tie to each other with the necks from each middle!

So adorable. Wondering about time frames..... presumably they can’t be constructed too far in advance due to air loss. Do all of the jobs get done the day prior to the event? Are there instances where the balloons go soft too soon?

Hello - Thank you for sharing. I enjoy listening - you have a great word flow and easy to hear and grasp. What is your background - in terms of how you got started? I am creative and have many interests and ideas - I am more of a hobbyist I guess you could say - Had I followed my heart many years ago - I may be in a different place today, - lol - not that I dont want what I have - I do - I am grateful and feel blessed - just that I still have the dream, so I play and do things for ppl ( of course at a cost ), and I'm told its never too late. Hi thank you for this wonderful video. It surely helped a lot on some of my downfalls in the past. But I do have one question why do you double your balloons?
