This is my best recommended pricing as a base minimum, but of course what will fluctuate your pricing is how much your time is worth!

DELIVERY FEE $50 (up to 30km)
SETUP FEE $25 ***(this is whenever we are waiting on other vendors like backdrop prop rental companies to come set-up before we can attach our balloons to it!)
LABOUR +/ PROFIT how much are you worth an hour? how long do installs take you? I charge $100/hr and it usually takes me one hour to 1.5hrs to set anything up together, so the minimum I charge for labour cost is $150/hr.

So altogether we have a total of $429 as a minimum recommended price
Minus the flowers, the total drops to $379.

Please note! I never list labour separately on the invoice or quote - it is always part of the material cost. I list it out this way from a perspective of a new time balloonie looking to see the skinny of the backend cost and revenue of a business :)
