Make Up - but make it ✨ skin care ✨
Why not try making your everyday make up nourishing and beneficial for your skin!!
Here’s what my current make up (that benefits my skin) routine looks like #notanad :
Step 1 : Zo Tinted SPF @zoskinhealth
Since I’m not a fan of layering during the day, a great way to cut layers is combining your foundation with your spf : a tinted spf!! If your skin is extra dry like mine you can start off with a moisturiser and then go in with the tinted spf.
Alternatives : clinique , la shield , biouv , rivela, bioderma : all have good tinted sunscreens.
Step 2 : Kiro Botanico Matte Compact @kirobeauty
Super humid in Mumbai now and hence a mattifying compact can be helpful. This one by Kiro is super lightweight, made using naturally derived ingredients and is infused with ingredients like maracuja oil, goji seed oil and grape fruit extract which are moisturising and brightening for your skin. The product also claims to be a zero toxin product which I love.
Step 3 : SimplyNam Velvet Cream Blush @simplynam.beauty
Always need a blush to give my face that little colour. I love the simplynam one : it’s texture is super velvety and melts into your skin. What’s special is it contains sweet almond oil, moringa oil and shea butter which gives your skin moisture and nourishment!!
Step 4 : Kiro Botanico Super Shield Mascara @kirobeauty
What if your mascara helped make your eyelashes healthier and stronger?? This one does! With ingredients like cherry oil, avocado oil, PCA glyceryl please and calendula oil , this mascara helps prevent eyelash breakage, hydrate your lashes and promote their growth - along with acting as a regular mascara for colour volume and length!
Step 5 : Clinique Black Honey Almost Lipstick @clinique_in
This one has been trending for a while - and for good reason! You can build it up from sheer to a darker colour which is great. What I love is how lightweight yet hydrating it feels. It contains castor oil which is super hydrating for your lips and soothes inflammation.
