Hi. Thank you po for sharing your yema recipe and it's procedure. After 3 attempts nakuha ko din ang consistency na katulad ng yema mo. Yun kasi gusto ko maachieve, parang yema ng 7/11. 😅 Now I will make it a business na po. The key to achieve this yema (crispy outside but chewy inside) is on how long you cook it. Btw, 3 egg yolks, 1 can of condensed milk and magnolia salted butter ang ginamit ko sa'kin. ☺️ Thank you ulit and God Bless! 💗

Marami na akong tinignan na videos on how to make yema pero ikaw lang yun nagbanggit kung paano ma attain yung crisp. Yun kasi yung gusto ko. 😂Thank you for this vid.

oo nga eh, i tried theirs but turned out malambot afterwards, so i experimented on mine and leave a couple days, and boom, nagcrisp by itself, so i had to share, thanks for watching 😊

Thank you for sharing this yema recipe. Ang daming kung recipe na na try sa iba. Ito lang tlaga ang perfect na naging success ang gawa ko. Nilagay ko muna siya sa jar then after 5 days ko siya tinikman. Crunchy outside and chewy inside. Thank you and keep sharing.

Natawa ako😁wala sya brush. Pareho tayo kamay gamit kapag need I grease and baking dish o spatula. 😋 gagawin ko to lalagyan ko ng another ingredients like walnuts and almond 😋

Yema is one of my childhood candies that I enjoyed and my mom agreed to eat this cause she likes it too. Nung nakatikman ko yan balik, namimiss ko na ang lasa ng yema kasi ang sorbang laki ng gap sa pagkain ko sa yema simula noon hanggang ngayon. Good thing, nabalikan uli siya.

hi, thank you for sharing your experience, that’s right, etong yema tlaga ang laki ng impact especially to those na born on the 90s (me included) unfortunately, over years parang nawawala ung quality na pag tinikman ung may halong love parang ganun, iba eh i tried to recreate ung lasa before and hopefully maraming nakarelate and napahappy, regards to your mom as well ☺️

Hello everyone! Clear ko lang po. Kapag nailagay nyo na ung condensed milk at egg yolk, dun nyo start ung counting time ng 15-17 minutes ng pagluluto. Heat ay low-medium. Consistent paghalo para di masunog. After about 15-17 minutes, dapat ung yema ay mejo madali nang mahiwalay sa pan, sign un na ok na at pwede na tanggalin. Pagkabalot nyo shempre madikit pa, hayaan nyo lang muna ng apat na araw bago kainin. After 4 days, mamumuo ung solid crisp outside.

Nilalagyan pala ng itlog ang yema? Ngayon ko lang nalaman. Gumagawa ako nyan dati but what i add to milk is peanut only. Natry ko na din lagyan ng skyflakes. Dinudurog ang peanut at skyflakes. Tapos yung mantika is para lang di dumikit sa lutuan. Ang di ko lang maachieve ay yung paano nagfoform ng crystal sa wrapper. Pero ok lang kahit wala nun mas masarap namn. Hehe

yes try and try lang hanggang makabisado mo ung tamang timing, at least next luto mo alam mo nang bawasan ung cooking time mag time ka then record mo kung gano katagal naluto, ako personally naka ilang subok ako till makuha ko ung tamang timing, salamat sa panonood 😊

This is a good recipe. Too bad I overcooked mine on the first try. I would've been happy for it to be undercooked instead of over. I had to wrap a lot of chewy candy. Pay attention to the bubbles. If there are white-ish parts with bubbles at the bottom of your pan and is a bit thicker in consistency, like in 3:30 , if you look closely, turn off the heat and prep your plate if you haven't already. I watched the video 3 times and I failed to know what the key differences are for it to be done. Thanks for sharing

hi, you have very good observation and yes, what you said was true, the key is the tiny details like how the yema looks like when you scrape it off the pan, some people they give up by not getting it first try saying it doesn’t work but really, every time you do it makes you more knowledgeable on how you should do it next time, thank you for saying it precisely 😊

1) kapag nailagay mo na ang condensed milk at yolks sa pan, dun mo start ung counting ng luto for 15-17 minutes, dapat mejo naghihiwalay na ung yema sa kawali non, sign un na ok na at pwede na tanggalin 2) ung sakin binili ko po sa amazon, kung nasa pinas kayo, meron sa shopee, 5x5” size gamit ko
