Fantastic work, bro! I made something similar, but with a plastic box (that now I'm making a giveaway of it). :) I'm going to make two more (one without bluetooth and with MP3 via USB and so on) but with 4 batteries and a USB output (to work as a power bank too). Great projects to come, my friend. :D

Wouldn't the amp require a steady 5v to work? If we unplug the charger, wouldn't it be just powering the amp from the 18650 whose charge varies from 3.7v to 4.2v? Wouldn't it just make more sense to just integrate a powerbank charging circuit which would charge the battery and manage it with over discharge and charge protection while at the same time outputting a steady 5v 1 or 2 amp of energy?

No, the amp board heats up if you try to charge battery through its usb port. It will fry itself in around 5 mins.

I built a Bluetooth Speaker with a 2 3w 4ohm speaker powered by a PAM8403 amplifier supported by 5v 1A powerbank charger module and for the bluetooth i have used a USB powered bluetooth adapter Now while connecting 5v output from the powerbank module is connected to the +ve and -ve of the amplifier module and the same wire I removed the sheath connected a B0505s-1w dc -dc 5v-5v isolating converter to the respective +ve and-ve wires and the output from the converter to the Bluetooth Module Problem1: Ground Loop Sound Interference still exist Problem2: Slight heart beat like thumps from the speaker Can you help me find a solution to this? Thanks in advance

Youssef Trabelsi Some of the newer charger boards have this built in... Look for separate Battery and Load contacts. A simpler way would be to use the board and battery from a cheap single cell rechargeable power bank from the dollar store. The board has everything you need, plus its output is 5v, instead of 3.7v, so your amp will be closer to it's optimum supply voltage... (i.e.: just a little bit louder). And you get a battery! AMP needs between 2.5v - 5.5v Performance at 2,5v = OK, 3.7v (battery voltage) = Better, 5v = Best... Over 5.5v = dead amp To use this cheap board you must remove the female USB socket and get the power for the amp from there. Look up USB pin-outs to be sure you get the polarity right.

I am using 25W speakers. You can use whatever suits your needs My schematic of my bt speaker boombox: Bass speaker (subwoofer) 25W 8 ohm Mid-range speakers (woofers) 15W 4 ohm And the treble speakers (tweeters) 3W 4 ohm I think that a 30W bt reciever/amplifier should provide enough power for my bt speaker boombox
