Great vid Zan! I struggle to run on the 3-4 odd or even compressed nickel sets. I’ve been adding in speed options and motion to attack the outside.

I’ve always struggled to stop inside zone out of Gun Trips TE vs players that are really adept at using PA crossers and Verts. It seems hard to be able to stop all 3 at the same time for some reason. My favorite run scheme is the dive/stretch combo out of singleback ace. If you run a playbook that also has Ace Twins you can get away with using motion and really getting some numbers in the run game to the twin receiver side or create a few very nice play action plays.

I love the college spread runs. Qb reads, shotgun traps, motions and swing passes to keep the running lanes open. I hate defending stretch runs with vanguard everywhere. I don’t have enough reinforcements right now. 😂

Favorite run scheme is 6-1 of course. But even sometimes I’ll run dollar spinner with a cover 3 shell and maybe a slot flat depending on if any adjustments are needed.

Its them 3-4 odd demons that cause the most trouble for my run scheme, i run the ravens pistol strong an those type of formations, running triple option, read option, power option. Etc

Scheme I struggle running on when someone is in a Big Nickel Over G with defense pressed. I run alot of Nickel 3-3 odd on defense where I flip the outside DB. Cant wait for NCAA to come out!

I didn't know shit about this game or really positions in football. But since i started playing mutt since it's release of Madden 24. I've been paying I'm nms. I want to play the next game. But i got hooked because i play mlb the show DD. i love the idea of building your own squad so i started playing this since day 1. But now I've learned so much. But sometimes have real issues. This was a play i stayed away from because of that unblocked defender. I didn't know you could motion and snap in the middle of a motion. That's mad cool. I have Johnny football. And i use Micah Parsons for that all star motivator i love manziel. But this will help. I like to scramble in gun where he's s few yards behind the center. But now i can try the read by motioning my receiver. Thanks

I struggle against the nickel 3-3 odd Henry style defense and cannot for the life of me stop outside zones even with pressed and base aligned db’s in a cover 2

In nickel I have have the most problem stopping the run, particularly cover 3

3 personnel wing pair stretch is everyone’s worth nightmare with three vanguards. Anything stretch under center is definitely everyone biggest weakness.

Singleback stretch is my favorite. I hate defending the spread offense. Really good formation but not for me.

Man I’ve been struggling against 6-1. I run Jets with Lamar and they only have one option play which sucks. Have been trying out Colts but I’m just not comfortable enough yet to run it all the time.
