I do like to declutter my makeup at the beginning of every year so I can continue to keep my collection in check! Man, I don't know why, but these declutter videos are so enjoyable. I guess it's akin to a friend letting you peruse their closet, shoe, or makeup collection. It's just neat to see what other people use. 😅

Yes definitely, I swear those usually end up with a "omg wow that's so cool! What is that? Where did you get it?" "Oh its this, i got it from the place, I don't really use it though. Do you want it?" And you leave with a bunch of awesome stuff your friend passed onto you, knowing full well you probably won't use it either and pass it on to someone else 😂

Fenty's sandcastle is my perfect eyeshadow shade! It looks sooo good swept all over the lid with just a bronzer in the crease. I don't use the blue shade at all, but that one will never leave my collection because of how amazing sandcastle looks. I've gotten compliments on the shimmer on my eyes during zoom meetings when wearing it so that says a lot in my opinion!

Recently I've bought the catrice give me glow highlighter, and this has become my favorite highlighter at the moment! It's so pretty and pigmented, I really love it! I prefer drugstore so much compared to high end, such good quality for a lower price

I can't believe I've never tried anything from Becca and now that they are closing I just bought Champaign Pop and Opal. I end up loving it 😭 hopefully they will last me for a long time since highlighters tend to last forever.

Pearl was the first highlight that worked for me and after 6 years of regular use, it still looks almost untouched. I was considering a backup before they closed but mine could last for another 20 yrs!

Alot of people are speculting that the formulations of stand out products from becca will be sold to another brand thats also owned by the same parent company. We will deffo see some dupes in the future, I can't see them not utilising that now that they own those formulas and Becca is no more. That being said I'm still tempted to see if I can get one in the UK before the stocks run low and scalpers come along. I never tried their highlighters but they always look gorgeous but I'm also a cheap bitch

I just placed my final Becca order. I had to get a back up of champagne pop as well because it is what made highlighter a part of my makeup routine and it is just so beautiful!!

Love seeing what you’re keeping and what you’re passing along. I make sure to declutter things I’m not using! My younger cousin gets most of it and now her sister is getting into makeup also so they get tons from me lol their mom appreciates it because it saves her money! Now I’m focusing on shopping my stash and hitting pan on things. ❤️❤️

When you can't open a plastic compact, take a nail file or emery board to the little "nub" that the top closes over. File a little, then check to see if you have removed enough. I didn't check on one of mine and removed too much. Lesson learned.

Great tip! I hate stuff that you have to fight to open the package. When you are considering using your teeth on it, it’s a packaging fail!!

I lovely Sunday morning, drinking coffee and watching this declutter! I was never great at contouring and will only do it when im doing full on makeup which is basically never now. I do have a face palette with a contour and bronzer shade and I mix the two because I like the shade it makes together.

I just recently bought 3 of the Fenty highlighters including the blue and sand colored one you have as they were on sale for half off. I knew I would probably not use them as highlighters but more as shadow toppers as the colors are pretty bright on some of them. As I was playing with my makeup a couple of days back I pulled them out. Oh my gosh I love them! They are so very pretty, almost like fairy dust! I just barely tap my finger into the compact and that is just the perfect amount for my eyes. I even have used the pink and the sand colors as highlighters. Anyway, I just felt like sharing that! Now back to the rest of your video.

Hi Andrea , its so nice to hear everyone has their special highlighter , mine is Estee lauder modern murcury , for me its so beautiful perfect on my mature skin , i first found it when estee did a collaboration with victoria beckham, i hit pan on , then i knew it was a limited addition , so i was really upset , then i was looking for a replacement i came across bronze goddess collection and there it was , so yes i bought it before i lost it . stay safe my love liz

Since you asked, no I don’t bother to contour. I got back into makeup after a several years long break right when people were stopping caring about contour so much, so it never became a priority for me, but I definitely brontour (combining your bronzer and contour routine). I don’t use particularly warm or dark bronzer, generally, so I feel I can get away with it.

I have never contoured to be honest. Just something I never felt the need to do, and probably lazy anyway. I don't have many bronzers or highlighters, just 2 of each, and one blush which I just recently got. I do have a third bronzer but it's mostly gone and probably getting a little old. Nice declutter, I always enjoy watching these.

😩😥 I can’t get rid of my Becca highlighters even though their leaving us, my favorite is moonstone idk what ima gonna do without it. I might buy a back up as well. I will keep my Becca highlighters forever.
