I don’t have the Sorcery palette from Lisa Eldridge, but I do have Myth and I had the same issues as you did with it. I love her brand but I have stopped myself from trying more eye shadow palettes because of what I have experienced with this formula. BTW, I really enjoyed this format. Thank you. 😊

I had the same experience with Myth and decided not to purchase any other pallets for the same reason. She made it sound like it was this first of its kind formula so I fell for the hype. Mine hard panned after 2 uses.

I don’t like the Haus Labs foundation. It is so thick and makes my skin look like plastic. I’ve tried to make it work even by cutting it with some thinner foundation but I hate it. It’s over hyped.

I’ve had this suspicion on the Haus Lab foundation. It seems like everyone who’s reviewed it likes that “plastic” look. I have super oily skin that doesn’t respond well to that type of foundation. I agree very hyped product.

@@caliinthevalley24681 I don’t mind a heavier coverage and I have drier skin. I can use Estée Lauder’s heavy foundation but that feels very comfortable on my skin plus it doesn’t look plasticky. There are definitely better foundations out there.

I have the LE Vega and I have the same hard pan issues with that Velvet cream to powder formula as you have with Myth. There is only one of that formula in Vega (the light gray) whereas all the mattes in Myth are Velvet Mattes. The Seamless Matte formula works well for me. Vega also has a nice shimmer in the Luminous formula. I also have Sorcery. Sorcery is EXCELLENT! It has only the good Seamless Matte and none of the Velvet Matte formula. It also has the good luminous formula. If you like the green color story, you’d really love it. In the future, I will only get her palettes that have none or only one Velvet because they just don’t work well. I also don’t think I’d like the Top Coat formula that was that pink shade in the Myth palette, so I’ll avoid that, too.
