i got the tatcha liquid silk primer as a one-use birthday gift.. and oh my god, was it a game changer. i bought the full-size as soon as i could. it's a pretty steep $54, but my god is it worth every penny. hydrating, smoothing, blurring, lightweight, and glowy all in one primer-- plus it smells incredible, and makes your makeup STAY!!

If you want to test a primer's longevity claim, do an all day wear test with a side by side comparison! :) (one side with, one side without.)

I think I'm alone on this but I like the Tatcha solid primer too. My favorite way to use it is to use the Tatcha liquid all over face then the Tatcha solid on just the t-zone. For me, it's magical 😊

Ofc they do! They prep the skin and it makes it less textured! And it does make the make up last longer, u just gotta pick the perfect primer for ur skin

Honestly, never used primer until 2 years ago. I didn’t know anything about it or setting sprays. I always just used moisturizer before applying my makeup and that was it. So glad I got into the movement tho 😊

Milk primer is my favorite, best primer ever imo

I love makeup primers but I'm super picky about them. That milk makeup one makes me break out too and I hate the Tatcha in the balm form too. I like Bobbie brown face base , laneige glowy serum primer FAB Coco fab and a few more.

Yes I own all of these and use them in rotation with the smashbox primerizer. And sometimes when I don't feel like primer I use the glow recipe niacinimde dew drops and it gives such a good glow.

I bought Tom ford during the Sephora sale. It’s more expensive than my foundations haha!

I hated that people wore primer cause it was useless. But now I regret everything I said it so helpful

For me personally and my skin type primer makes no difference in anything even oil control, mattyfying, longevity wise also makes no difference lol so I don’t spend the money on them at all anymore.

They do work. For me atleast. My makeup was God awful before I used it

You showed you had a lot of primers…I’m genuinely curious why would you keep something and suggest something that makes you break out? I’d toss something that makes me break out. And if anything, I’d warn people who have the same kind of skin concern as you just in case.
