On a likkle a everyting Jamaican we spend sometime with Mrs. White, a very special lady who resides in Craighead Manchester. She practices farming and she also MAKES CASTOR OIL.
Mrs. White gave us a tour of her back yard garden and gifted us with a variety of fruits and vegetables such as cho-cho, tomatoes, papayas, sour sop, mint and sweet potato.
She explained and demonstrated exactly the process of how she prepares castor oil from start to finish. She also talks about the pros and cons of preparing the product.

Wow, I needed to hang on fu this one. You unpack a lot of with Mrs White, like you said, "me no wha complain again about the cost of castor oil". This is another hardworking, no cut no corner, strong woman, you introduce us to. Man, I just about guess her age right there with you on that one they. With her age, the way she maneuver around that back yard, she put we all to shame. The amount of effort it take for her to mash the castor oil up, that was definitely on another level. Can't wait to catch the next episode to watch how she complete his product. Lots to take in and learn, even if I never make it me self. Very educational. Thanks.

Lady you boil castor oil and never know it good for cancer your daughter never had to due if you had wrapped her in castor oil packs. You should have used it nonstop on her not noint her but leave it on her and change her diet. Well maybe it was her time. I know you are strong by now.
