Crushing down 3/4" rock into 3/8" chips. Lots of smoke in the area from the fires burning in California which can be seen in the poor quality of the air. No Jaw crushing in this one. This process is quite a bit slower in production than most of the others.

It’s cool to see a drone used to its potential showing us what’s happening from angles you’d never normally see. I love your vids for that, thanks for the efforts 👍🇬🇧👍

Awesome footage, no boring music to listen to just the sound of the machinery. How often do loads go out to the customer?

I like your setups. Is there someone tending the crusher and screener?

Would it be worth adjusting the cone mill a little tighter there looks to be a lot of recirculation?

Was about to say the same, I bet 80% of the material is going around more than twice

Man, this video is an AMAZING example of how godawful youtube's algorithms are at dealing with multiparticle motion. XD

@@JoeRockYT 'Road Metal' they used to say here in the UK. For Chip Seal applications aka 'Tar and Chip'. Road Metal got its name from the use of crush blast furnace slag - there would be bits of iron in the material.

I see your guys 3/8" comes out dirty like mine. Customers always ask to make it cleaner, I say you can pay for washed material at $7 per ton more. Crickets!!!!
