Quickly seeing the thumbnail I thought the Fur Beast had deposited its own three brown mountains 😂. Great video and great idea.

Haha BTW if ever you watch the actually plays and it's inside the ship there is a tiny model of the fur beast in the ships hull. I'll try to get a shot of it next time I record a game in a few weeks

Now that seems like a fantastic plan! Make it in sections that you need so by then end they could all fit together and make one giant map!

Excellent project Kev! Yeah its never a good idea to just dunk pieces into clump foliage. You can try to get away with it when making trees but I've always found it never works quite as well as you want. Definitely want to use a tacky glue over white glue as it doesn't have the strength to keep the pieces down. Where be the pirate treasure buried at mate?

I don't even know what I tried that with the foliage. I knew It wouldn't work. Still it's a good lesson for anyone watching that doesn't haha. Yeah I wish I had some racky hlue whilst making this. It's a must! I may make another one for my players island. They haven't explored it fully yet so I could leave the parts unexplored then fill it in as the explore

@@TheBattlinBarrowGaming I tried many years ago when I first got into miniature hobbying to use white glue with the foliage and it didn't work. Definitely a good lesson for newbies. You could consider making a miniature 3d map of the islands of Irendi and Minrothad and show where the towns etc are in miniature on those maps.
