So dumb question I haven’t downloaded the program yet so it bolted on anything, so I’m running stock engine as can be My question is in the videos I’ve seen it looks like I can adjust the injectors and put a launch control, is there any benefit for my f22b1? I plan to put in a bigger fuel pump and change the injectors to about 400cc or so I just didn’t know if it’s advisable I wanna push it as far as it can go without cracking the block or anything
@@DIYKAI that’s fair I can see that I plan a tear down and want to build it back up, but from what I’m seeing finding parts that are budget friendly and finding things compatible are hard For the most part stock parts like timing and gaskets are easy but I do want to find forged pistons heads and rods maybe bore it out a bit but I don’t see it adding much hp I see kits for springs and plan to send my camshaft and rockers to delta cams to make it a stage 2 Eventually it’ll get there but first I want it to pop
@@DIYKAI well I thought about hollowing it out and spacing the 02 sensor to prevent a code but that’s a no no and I don’t recommend anyone doing that 😉 But mines a 97 so I’ll still need emissions but I’m definitely leaning towards bigger injectors and replacing fuel lines and pump since it is a 20+ year old vehicle
I can't get my car to start.. the check engine light goes on only when I step on the gas and goes away when I let off to try and start it when it cranks.. but I noticed I can't calibrate my tps sensor only let's me check the box to set a custom tps value.. I set my decapped ls injectors at 450cc and deadtimes to rc750cc 12ohms and took out my resistor box.. its what huntertuned told me to set them at
@@DIYKAI stock motor stock f23a block with stock f22a head. Obd1 chipped p06 non vector ecu, using honda tuning suites. Just installed turbo, hunter tuned decapped ls injectors, quantum 255lph fuel pump, stock fuel pressure. I set the com ports to com4 and com3 and I am able to connect the data logger now and the tps is able to calibrate also but still no start but my battery died so ill have to wait to try again..
@@righty-tightybuilt548 yes fully charge the battery and leave it hooked up until started and running.....as far as everything else pull the plugs you may have to adjust the fuel tip in at start-up.....also make sure you calibrate the TPS otherwise things can be off then get your base timing dialed in
Your welcome. So alot can happen from not starting to running lean to rich.....get a wideband if you start messing with anything you need to watch AFR stock is 14.7

@@DIYKAI l make a p29 basemap with honda tuning suite software But l cant make setup low high cam settings injector iggination setups.just Hts' p29 stock rom basemap enough for car or we must setup fuel and iggnation settings?
@@DIYKAI I was referring to HTS... I've tried to get familiar with it but the windows aren't showing everything... For example on the settings window where you choose the units displayed for the various tables/ graphs it only show half of what's written... I can't enlarge any of the windows.... I've tried the cursor on every corner and nothing happened... I've looked for a solution online bit it seems that it's just me who can't make them bigger.... I've tried 3 versions of HTS without luck....
