The different skeletonisation?? pattern on the two knives, the drilled out holes. Is that just experimentation? Different handle material? Is one tapered tang? I love the attention to detail.

Yes they will have different handle material that’s why they are slightly different also they are tapered slightly different because of this. Thank for watching

Wade Jensen it's anti scale compound, it stops scale forming and stops decarburisation during the heat treat process.

When drilling it stops the chips sticking to the blade. And when grinding it does the same also.
