It takes a little pre-planning and thought to figure out the correct numbers to plug in for the X/Y coordinates to make everything work, but for me it ended up allowing me to make exactly what I wanted, so it was worth it.
Thank you SO MUCH for this tutorial. I have been searching for days how to do something like this! You wouldn’t consider doing a tutorial on making a box for playing cards? I search ‘card box’ and get greeting cards. I want to know how to make a box for my handmade soap. They are in the shape of a deck of cards, only slightly wider. I truly appreciate this video. I am a total beginner! Thank you, Cath.
I would make your box just like I did, and just adjust the measurements as needed. In Design Space there is one that I like. Under images type in #M3247F to find it. It works for a card box or a coloring crayon box.
@@TheShawnMosch thank you, I will. I will sit down with your video playing and will pause as and when I need to. Your channel is great, I wish more people knew about it.
@@geoffrayment7811 If you need some extra help, I do offer one on one sessions on my site. Go to the Classes section and you can book an hour for project specific help with me. I am so glad that you enjoy my videos! I also wish more people knew about me . . . maybe you can help by telling others that you know that own a Cricut about what I do!
There was nothing in this project that was printed. This was all done by cutting and scoring cardstock. I have the finished project at www.shawnmosch.com/disney-countdown-calendar/
You lost me when you said u placed the scoring lines 10x10? Where did u come up with that and then you placed the scoring lines on top of the box to be putting in the same number 10x10?
