Thank you! Very clear explanation. Will be using this method for my wife and I when we redo the doors throughout our house. Way quicker than the jig I was looking at purchasing and I can do this on my drill press.
Thanks Wes! Making new cabinet doors for our bathroom and have Blum hinges for them. This is exactly what I was thinking of doing! Hadn't thought of boring the set up point in the plywood, though. Great idea.
Miss my Blum boring jig...simultaneously drill the pocket and the screw holes...and automatically blow away the sawdust. Your jig is a nice economical alternative...Great Video..Thankx!!!
