Frog sandwiches, trout sandwiches, crawfish sandwiches...now let's catch and cook a dungeness for a crab sandwich! My dad loved the sandwich, but I was not a fan. There were too many strong flavors going on at once that would rather have them all separately. The smelt was also surprisingly good! I did not expect that. It was super tasty! Is that a normal thing to be able to walk around and scoop smelt up in a net?
