Thanks for the video on the door window. I'm doing all lexan in my civic, all but the front glass. It will just have to be funky when I roll it down. I was going to just make the small sliding window in the lexan but I am located in Louisiana and in the summer the windows must be down completely. Thank again for the video

Take the driver window and set the acrylic one on it upside down with some weight and set it in the sun or by a space heater for a bit and let it conform. It will give it some rigidity too.
I decided to start a "Adam Lz fans" page on Facebook for people that like watching Adam doing what alot of us dream about. I know alot of us have some cool projects to share. I'm disabled in a wheelchair bed bound from a nasty motocross bike crash. My leg tried to explode a few times. So I will be doing the best I can moderating it with all the time I spent laying in bed. This has stopped me from planning and getting sponsers on board. If theres a issue with what I doing just let me know. There's alot of us that want to live a lifestyle like his.

Adam, check the regional airports around you as they have 100 octane avgas - in Florida it’s around $4 - $5 a gallon. It’s what I use in my shifter kart and track car.
Hey Adam you Kno you could roll the lexan window all the way up and then take a torch or heat gun and warm the window up a little bit and let it cool and it should hold the shape so you don't have to push it in to get it all the way up and seal correctly
You can use vodka to mold the lexan to the old window. Spray vodka on the lexan set it ove top of the old window and light it up use a heavy blanket to put it out wen it molds to the old window.
You could have layed it on the driver glass and put it in the oven on low, that would have helped but it turned out good. There's a station near me in NC that has VP110 out of the pump that's like 7$ a gallon
