Making a Difference in the Aquaculture Value Chain with Access to Finance 

Ernestina Lawrence is a fish farmer from the Alero Cluster in Warri, Delta State, Nigeria. She expanded her farm, set up fish farms for other farmers in her community, increased her income, and trained on the best farming practices. This is after receiving a loan from PINDs access to the finance model.
In 2022, Sombreiro Kapital (SK) supported 195 farmers/MSMEs with loans worth ₦30 million, including 15 fish processors in GMOU communities and 180 smallholder cocoa farmers in Ondo State.
