Making a field gate with a complete laying tree - Kempens Veken - Part 7 - Chopping the mortises 

In this video I chop the five mortises in the laying tree and fit all the styles of the gate. By this point I already gave up trying to remove any extra weight from this part of the tree since I would need to remove about 80 kg of wood which would change the look of the gate too drastically.
