This project can be done in a couple of hours. No welding. I cut 10" off this old junk steel cement mixer drum using a 4.5" grinder and .040 Diablo zip disc. Then flipped the 10" piece over to use as a base. In this video I am drilling the vent holes with a 1.375" Milwaukee Hole Dozer. I also drilled holes in the side of the top section, after filming. Size chosen randomly. 1.5" or 2" would be better.
