You don't owe any subscribers a particular type of content. Subbing is a) free b) optional c) not a commitment to watch every future video from beginning to end Make the content you enjoy making and people can sub or not.
It's a shame I can't subscribe more than once. Brillant work with this build, it was a joy seeing it come together. A thing you can consider with the back padding is a cheap VR headset pad with perforated leather (faux). I added them to my build and they look great and feel even better.
