Making a knife from uniforms 

I had some old uniforms laying around that I used to make micarta handle scales for a knife. The steel is 440CM stainless with a flat grind. I wanted the first knife I built to be able to be used but also be beautiful. Knives are tools and meant to be used, but that doesn't mean they can't look good. The knife is 7.5" long with the blade being 3.1".
