In this video, I'm crafting a leather Dopp Kit! Recently, it was my brother and his partner's 3 year wedding anniversary. She asked if I could make my brother a leather dopp kit and I said.... "yeah, alright!" Now, some years ago, my brother had asked me to make him one, but at the time I didn't have the experience or confidence to try it out. But as time went on, I tried a bunch of different leather craft projects that pushed me creatively and boosted my overall know-how to give it another shot.
No pattern here today. I looked online for several different methods on how people craft their own dopp kits and I honestly just went for it while crafting this one. After it was all done, I was shocked. It's one of the nicest things I've crafted while still feeling durable and rugged. I hope there's enough information in the video should you want to craft your own.
If you want one of these Dopp Kits I'm out of the English Tan Dublin leather, but I have the Natural Dublin Horween Leather available, which is a lighter more whiskey/honey color than the chocolate-y color of the English Tan Dublin. Just let me know if you want one!
