I think it's just an aesthetic choice,@@yosalut9790, to make the edges look more finished. Though others could correct me if there is a protective component to burnishing.
@@eemo2093 The pattern?... A ruler and a watch. measure the buckle side so the buckle lands in the middle of your wrist and you'll avoid discomfort of the buckle digging into your wrist or the watch face not being centered on your wrist.
From all the videos that I've been seeing on watch bands, you want 1mm or less thickness. I would recommend veg tan buttero, I get mine from Rocky Mountain leather supply, I bought a whole hide for $200, but they sell smaller pieces too. Зачем делать ремешок из крейзи хорс, ещё и без подклада? Она же растягивается, при перепадах температур краску отдаёт. Восковое покрытие не защищает от пота. Я уверен, что этот ремешок больше года не проживёт..
Thanks for the video! Probably not the best choice to repeat the first movement of Beethoven's moonlight sonata so many times. It was intended to be played once. Mozart piano sonatas would be a good alternative, but don't repeat a single movement.
