Also instead of vinegar add two green tomatoes (cook them in the last 3 minutes before you turn off the flame). And you can turn it into a creamy healthy salsa if you use about a 1/3 of a cup of olive oil (the light one). I've never tried Marjorie on a salsa but I'll give it a try just because you said so
