Truly amazing for his weight but not actually 30. Doesn't go all the way down. I reckon with perfect form, he would get 10 which is still insane for his weight. Martin Licis though, 20 pull ups with perfect form is a true freak

Watching this got me so pumped to do deadlifts! Paused the video at 7 minutes, went to the gym and did the same workout!....obviously didn't lift as much tho 🤣😂🤣
I am not here to judge Larry but as a fan I want him to lift big weights, in my opinion is still a too violent way to grip the bar, at that weight for sure your hands will rip apart. He should try the hook grip! he will be limitless if he masters it!
