It's time to upgrade the workshop some more.
This week I've started building a new router table.
In this video I'm preparing the lumber for the frame.
I'm trying my hand on some mortise and tenon and corner joints with which I'm not that familiar.
Making your own workshop equipment and tools is a good way to learn and practice new skills.
This is not exactly a tutorial on how to make a router table, but I'm showing you how I made mine.
If you like to see a more detailed video on how I made my router table, or have any questions, please leave a comment down below.

I got nervous watching your fingers as you routed stuff with your old router table. You'll need all those fingers to test your guitars!

Tom from gray guitars and of course Ben from crimson guitar both were men in sheds. 🤗

Thank you Mr Frontranger. I don't dare to compare myself with Ben and Tom, but I try to keep improving.

Ziet er goed uit, heb je misschien ook tekeningen hoe je het gebouwd hebt?

Hi I really enjoyed watching your router table build. I loved the attention to detail in it. I have just bought the same router as you and would like to make my own table based on this design. Is there any chance you can send me a list of all the materials you used to make table? It would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Thank you very much and I'm glad you liked the videos. I don't have a list of the materials used at hand at the moment, but I will try and send you one later today.
