Haha yes, maybe because people these days are interested in products being delivered to them the next day. With sites like Amazon it is so easy to buy something and have it in your hands tomorrow. To take the time and put work into something, though, is a completely different experience. I feel it is much more rewarding when you put hours into something you love and have the result pay off for all that hard work. It gives whatever you're making a personal touch as well. Thank you for your comment, it's an interesting topic to discuss!
amazon and streaming services def play a big part in the 'now' culture which is a shame because I agree, working on something and spending the time on it can be so rewarding. its a good feeling when you see the finished project and know that you made that and can be proud of your achievement. Having said that, its often the quick painting projects that I end up liking more than the ones that take me weeks to do lol
@@fuzzydragons That's true, there is a time for everything. It's good to have a balance- having quick projects to do or getting something shipped is a time saver (especially if you need whatever it is within a certain date), but it's also good to slow down once and a while and make something you truly love. I like both personally. Quick diys and projects are less pressure and fun, but I also like putting my time and attention to all the small details of something that will take me a bit longer to complete. It just depends on the project and your time ^^
