After 3 hours (it's my first time with command block) it finally works. There's just a little problem, I don’t know why but my car goes 3× more faster than yours but it's still funny, I like vroom vroom!

I made my own car months before this video but it could only move straight forward, Not up and Not down. and when I Drove over a mob it would deal 500 million hearts of damage and it also used coal as fuel to move. Now, thank to you, I can upgrade this Deadly weapon so it's more useable in normal worlds.
