Making a Revit Family from a Point Cloud

Using Autodesk's ReCap Studio and AutoCAD, laser scan points are brought into Revit's family editor for tracing. The point cloud import into AutoCAD is accomplished via proprietary software.

Please I just want to know how did you do the modelling over the point cloud? Because it's that part that is most important.

using 123d catch , he may used drones scanning this building , or maybe he downloaded it.

Manal CHETOUANI laser scanning. Its a camera that you bring to the site and get the camera to capture the building and generate the point cloud
