In my last video I talked about the pressures of setting New Years resolutions and the high expectations we hold ourselves to, when realistically it's just another day. I think it's healthy to set goals and timelines for your achievements to keep you on track but to not adhere to these strict deadlines so closely and to not be hard on yourself. I've been struggling over the last month or so to even get out of bed, so remember every achievement is relative. For this video I gave myself one task a day in a week to help myself get up and feel like I had completed something productive in the day, even if that meant just washing my hair. I'm hoping that my energy and motivation will improve in the spring and summer months so I'm documenting my progression, I hope that you enjoy and makes you feel a bit better.
