Tom, towards the end of this build you indicated that after assembly of the tray you complete the round over of the corners. How do you round over the inside corners with the arch of the handles causing an uneven path for the router to follow. Using either method of hands free or router table, you have the same issue an uneven surface. Or am I missing something.

Michael Kratky Sounds like you got this Michael. Only advice with spayed dovetails is take care in the marking out and everything will go well. They can be a little tricky when figuring the angle if double angled on the corner so my best advice is make a practice run, or two, to test before going for it with the final pieces. Make sure the drill press pulleys (motor primary and belt secondaries) are locked down tightly. Other than that, I have no clue, but I agree with you that the sound your drill press is making is not right.
